Foremost football supporters brand in Nigeria Super Eagles Supporters Club of Nigeria’s Founder and National President Vincent Okumagba has called on Nigerians at home and diaspora to rally around the newly appointed coach of the Senior Men’s national team of Nigeria the Super Eagles.

Okumagba who spoke through the club media channel a few hours ago at the club secretariat says this is not the best time to criticize or downplay the appointment of Eric Chelle rather we should all embrace his coming to manage the Super Eagles. He pointed out that the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF knows the task at hand and how important it is to navigate the hurdle posed by our opponents in the World Cup qualifiers which resume in March thereby appealing to all soccer fans, stakeholders, and lovers of sports to give the new man a chance to convince and proves us wrong as the best fit for the job.
“It is high time we come together to support the coach Eric Chelle to succeed in the job. It’s quite understandable that not everyone will support the choice of the former Malian coach likewise not everybody will oppose it but we should see it positively”.

“He cannot do it alone without our support and constructive criticism. He needs us to succeed and we should welcome him with great hospitality”.
Prince Vincent Okumagba who doubles as the Vice President of the African Football Supporters Association congratulates the NFF hierarchy led by Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau on the appointment of Eric Sekou Chelle and urges the football authority to keep striving.
Eric Sekou Chelle will be in Nigeria on Sunday and will be unveiled on Monday 13 January 2025 by the Nigeria Football Federation in Abuja.
